1. EL PROCESO DE LA EXPRESION ESCRITA

PAUTAS ÚTILES Y NORMAS PARA ESCRIBIR BIEN

1) ANTES DE ESCRIBIR: ORGANIZA TUS IDEAS

1.1.1) Imagina la situación

1.1.2) Piensa en el léxico o el vocabulario y expresiones adecuadas que puedes usar de tu libro

1.1.3) Haz un “lluvia de ideas” (“Brainstorm”) para ayudarte a empezar a escribir expresiones

1.2) Usa un esquema (“graphic organizer”) para organizar tus ideas principales y las secundarias y los detalles

2) ESCRIBIR UN BORRADOR: >¡LA PRIMERA COPIA NO ES LA FINAL!

2.1) Escribe un borrador a partir de tu esquema.

2.2) Cuidado: debes usar las palabras adecuadas y la información necesaria de manera clara en la organización de los párrafos y en los elementos de unión entre frases y párrafos.

3)REVISAR: ¿QUÉ SE PUEDE QUE MEJORAR?

3.1) Revisa tu escrito y corrige lo que no esté claro o no te agrade pensando en el lector para mejorarlo (el contenido, la organización, el léxico apropiado, la corrección gramatical, los conectores, la coherencia, la cohesión, etc.)

3.2) Usa la rúbrica de autocorrección y autoevaluación como ayuda

3.2) Comparte tu escrito con otro compañero o en grupos en clase que te puede dar retroalimentación o feedback para mejorarlo

Si las rúbricas parecen complicadas o no no funcionan muy bien, se puede adaptar la del anexo o usar un cuestionario simple con estas preguntas como el siguiente:

4) CORREGIR: MEJOREN SUS TEXTOS

4.1.) Hagan correcciones y los cambios necesarios para mejorar sus textos.

4.2) Comenten las observaciones de sus compañeros. A partir de su reflexión decidan qué cambios deben hacer a los textos y reelaboren los textos dejando constancia de sus modificaciones en el cuestionario

5) PUBLICAR: LA COPIA FINAL

Después de hacer revisiones y correcciones, puedes escribir la copia final.

6) EVALUACIÓN Y PUESTA EN COMÚN

6.1)Aprecia lo aprendido y valora los errores cometidos. Completa el cuestionario de autoevaluación con tu reflexión y valoración del proceso de las actividades (ver el anexo). Pueden usar o adaptar la misma rúbrica y / o los comentarios que hicieron.

6.2) En la clase vamos a hacer un debate abierto sobre las mayores dificultades o aspectos nuevos aprendidos (la escritura cooperativa, la interacción de los grupos, la corrección entre iguales, la recepción y manipulación de los textos de otros compañeros, la relación entre el producto final y los textos en la L1, etc.)

6.3) Vamos a exponer los trabajos en la pared o el tablón de anuncios de la clase o fuera de la clase en el pasillo.

7) POST TAREA

Vamos a leer los trabajos de los otros estudiantes y /o grupos. Compara los escritos de todos los compañeros de clase. ¿Qué escrito es el más interesante? ¿Y el más original?

WRITING WORKSHOP (ENGLISH TRANSLATION)

USEFUL STEPS FOR EFFECTIVE WRITING

1) BEFORE WRITING : ORGANIZE YOUR IDEAS

1.1.1) Imagine the situation

1.1.2) Think about the vocabulary and appropriate expressions that you can find in your textbook

1.1.3) Do a “Brainstorm” to get ideas and vocabulary for writing

1.2) Use a “graphic organizer” or “mind map” to organize the main ideas, the secondary ideas, examples and details

2) WRITE A ROUGH DRAFT: ¡THE FIRST COPY IS NOT THE FINAL!

2.1) Write a rouge draft using your “graphic organizer”
2.2) Watch out for the transition words. Organize the information clearly in sentences and paragraphs using transitions words appropriately.

3) REVISING: ¿WHAT CAN I IMPROVE?

3.1) Revise your writing and correct what does seem clear or what you do not like thinking about the reader in order to improve it (the content, organization, appropriate vocabulary, grammatical correction, conjunctions, coherence, cohesion, etc.)

3.2) Use the auto-correction and auto-evaluation rubrics to guide you in this process

3.2) Share your writing with a peer editor or in gropus in class who can give you some feedback to improve it

4) CORRECTIONS (EDITING) : IMPROVING YOUR TEXT

4.1.) Make corrections and the necessary changes to improve your text

4.2) Comment on the observations of your editing peers. From your reflections, make the necessary changes and rewrite the text, noting whatever changes have you made in the questionnaire as well

5) PUBLISHING: THE FINAL COPY

After editing, now you can publish your final copy

6) EVALUACTION AND CLASS PRESENTATION

6.1) Appreciate what you have learned from your mistakes. Complete the auto-evaluation questionnaire with your reflection and evaluate the writing process. You can use or adaop the same rubric and/or the comments that were made

6.2) In class we are going to have a discussion about the difficulties and the new elements that we have learned (the cooperative writing, the interaction in the groups, the correction among equals, the reception and manipulation of the texts of your peers, the relation between the final product and the texts in your first language, etc.)

6.3) We are going to present and display the work in class

7) POST ACTIVITY

We are going to read the work of other students and groups in class. Compare the writing. ¿Which writing is the most interesting? Which one is the most original?
